Moroccan Burgers
This gut-loving recipe for Moroccan burgers recipe is an old favorite of Yalda's and for her friends and family, too.
It is super easy to make and works with any minced gut-loving meat: lamb, beef, or turkey. Check what meats you can use in the Food Lists. I usually use lean lamb or beef mince and serve them with harissa mayo. Beware of store-bought harissa mayo because of the inflammatory ingredients (again, listed in the food lists).
Make your own gut-loving olive oil mayonnaise. There's an aioli (garlic mayo) recipe, too!
