Almond Chia Pots
I discovered these almond chia pots by using some leftover almond milk and seeing what would happen if I put chia seeds in it and left it for a while in the fridge (which is what this recipe is!). They turned out delicious!
They are dairy-free and paleo. Add berries, nuts, shredded coconut, or anything in the green and orange food lists as it says in the recipe. You can sweeten them with maple or date syrup, honey, or pure stevia, and then sit down and enjoy this decadent treat!
