This meditation is aimed at helping you wind down and let go of your day, for a good night of sleep. I suggest you do this anytime you want to switch off and prepare yourself for bed. If you don't have a bath, soak your feet in a footbath with warm water and a half cup of magnesium flakes. Magnesium ions will relax you, and penetrate the skin, allowing healing through the feet.
